Hiya Tony,

Good presentation. Thanks for taking the time out to create it and share the workbook too.

It was interesting to see you had the idea of grades of tester and how effective they are. Earlier in the year I wrote a discussion paper on ths topic and came up with some factors that could be considered when doing estimates. The conclusion of the paper was a bit inconclusive but it was a good exercise!

Attached is a .zip file that contains the paper, and a JavaScript/HTML that can be used to do the calculations. Please feel free to use and modify as a return for your own offer on the workbook for this video. It would be great to get your feedback on this and hear about any further thinking you do on this topic.
