My all time favorite test plan, you can call it Agile, Rapid or just plain simple. Sometimes you don’t have time to write all the required doco required to support a test, or you just need to run some very
quick and straightforward tests.

I have used this rapid performance test plan template at a number of sites and it has satisfied all involved personnel, and it is only 1.5 pages long! Enjoy this one.

Thanks for comments. Yes I think sometimes we can get bogged down with documentation protocol. Doco is essential but just like technical solutions, "simpler is better".

Keep on testing :)

Thanks Nick.
If you are an experienced tester, and do not have lot of documentation hoops to jump though - then this test plan is great!

That's great Nick. We have a lightweight Test Plan for functional type testing that is 2 pages filled out. Just give 'em what they need to see and crack on with the testing! The less admin and more testing we do the happier the world will be ;}
