- Provision of all ISTQB Software Testing exams incl. accreditation of all ISTQB Training organisations
- Representation for the UK to ISTQB and Input to the ISTQB exam scheme via working groups
- Yearly 3 day non commercial ST conference, starting ion 2010

- Work with education to embed ST in the curriculum
- Encouraging greater participation from experienced testing professionals in the UK
We realise that the testing quaifications are not the whole picture and will not alone move the software testing profession forward, which is why we are not just focussed on the exams.
Initially we are focussed on the release of the ISTQB Advanced exams in the UK (ISEB currently administer the ISTQB Foundation exam for us in teh UK, the UKTB will be administering the Advanced level), once we have the required level of revenue then we will be forging ahead with our other objectives.
The board of directors of this company are:
Geoff Thompson - Chairman and UK represntative to ISTQB
Mike Smith - Vice Chairman and Treasurer
Clive Bates - Accreditation
Ian Howles - Syllabus
Pete Williams - Exam development
Fergus McLachlan - Marketing
