Manny, I've just seen your message (sorry, I haven't logged into the Software Testing Club for a while whilst I've been setting up my own business).

The TMMi Foundation at www.tmmifoundation.org should be able to give you some metrics on improvements possible through implementing TMMi. Obviously, each company's mileage may vary... as the different ways that the test process can be improved will change with each company that implements it. (Some well-organised and well-managed companies may receive smaller amounts of benefit than organisations which are more chaotic, for example.)

We are starting to embark on Testing Transformation Initiative. I see that TMMi is a good place to start however i am not sure how i can present to management the value it can provide to the business. What metrics or data should i gather to should that using TMMi can help us achieve some success.

For those who are interested,

Experimentus have just become the first company in the UK to be accredited to assess organisations against TMMi.

Any company which wants to be accredited to do the same should apply to the TMMi Foundation.
