Walaykum Salam,
Good to have you here.
Unfortunately I don't know any such place in Pakistan, when I started my career as a Software Test Engineer I tried a lot to find one but (un)Lucky i wasn't able to find one. If you ever come to know one do let us know here.
Certification (in Software Testing) improve your skills as a Tester or not is a different debate altogether, but still it serve a very important purpose which is, it shows your intentions and interest in the field.
So go on with your hunt and do let us know about your prey,QSIT represent IIST for CSTP Programs in India and Asia-Pacific Rim, Business Beam Have something to offer for Software Testing professionals in Pakistan see if any of these works for us.

@Muhammad Junaid

There have been couple of training sessions here and there about Quality in general.
I am not sure if this have been advertised or not check out http://www.neduet.edu.pk/ccee/upcoming.htm
Search for Quality-> then contact them for the course and let me know the status. Its pretty expensive though.

I will enroll myself there if there ain't many people just to increase some streangth.

We are here to learn from each other. You are more then welcome to post your questions, quires, opinion or what so ever one of us will try to help you out.

Now if you are absolute noob in Software Testing then your first step should be:
1. Find out some cool software testers and list them down with there homepage/blog and the company they work for.
2. Share the list with us here and let us know why do you think they are cool.

Waiting for your responses. Your self training has started ;)

@ Ahmed Mubbashir Khan: I feel these TESTER FEEDS and Delicious Testing quite foreign, just wanted to see some localized view of testing.

@ Junaid: don't list down Admed Mubbashir Khan's blog in your search list .. you wont find anything related testing there ..
No Offense :)
