Replay to Fatima:
Well why should i waste my time here talking to you if i can Google every thing. If you don't want 2 replay i suggest just ignore.
I Google every thing you don't need to tell me what should i do. I was just trying to fetch some information from you experience guys. but it looks like i have to do every thing by my own.

Thanks for the replay.

What should i do ?
google testing blogs and learn whatever suits to your practices from them.

What is the difference between Stress and performance testing?
Again google it because I have filled a bond at STC not to write/reply anything which seems to be an interview question :)

Should i use realistic number of user? or should i use as many as the application can bear?
What you mean by "realistic number of user".
It totally depends on your application's requirement. You might use best predicted no. of users if you know your application going to be used in a particular department/organization/user group.

Post Scriptum: This reply is surely not for getting help in Australian immigration :)

o yes there should be some group chats + all the practicle knowlege should be shared .... like if someone of us work on processes then can share his/her problems while applying + i really fond of some good training .... may be someday thruogh this group we can arrange some traning :) (not a bad idea) .... and me too agree to join the foreign communities but then i thought why we as Pakistani community dont do this? .... why ppl r so lazy here? .. even profesionals .......................

@Fatmia
I wanted to learn QTP (test automation tool) in more detail, I want to learn Selenium but cant learn through tutorials and books..

You are damn right, Even I don't know any spot in "Karachi/Islamabad for testing trainings/discussions"

I absolutely agree, eager to Learn testers should not be suffering through from exactly what I have been suffering from years :(. I have never attended any sort of trainings/discussions locally and I have no Idea How to fix this :(

I am not all that experienced (In terms of clock ticking..) compare to some other Very Experienced Testers I have came across over the passage of time.

Lets help each other. Unfortunately the kind of problem we are facing just can't be solved on "Comment Wall" Like this.

I have pretty weried opinion about why the situation is like this, but they are so weird that I don't wanna share them online I only share them with Testers/Sr. Testers/Team Lead/Managers physically so that they can do something about it.

Alright.. i am agree to take part in foreign communities/forums but how can i address my local community? I wanted to learn QTP (test automation tool) in more detail, I want to learn Selenium but cant learn thru tutorials and books.. frozen words can't provide me with the practical knowledge. I wanted to know how can an organization become agile driven in our local setup and a lot more things but there's no one to hear about my concerns locally? No place where i can find training courses. I don't know any particular spot in Karachi/Islamabad for testing trainings/discussions. I dont know any renown tester from pakistan (however i firmly believe there are many) Only courseguru.pk are providing that sort a trainings just in Lahore.

Cool ;), Its so good to see you guys desperate to share, comment and respond.

Seriously I am Happy to see you guys speaking LOUD about the SILENCE, but just a check point, guys the silence you are enduring for like months I have been bearing this (kinda alone) for years. Even I had tried the same thing you have tried "to be silent and see if there any one around ".

After (patiently) waiting.. now I see the Ice melting.. I see People are desperate to break it :).. Sweeeet

Kashif is pretty right on "kindly participate on the overall forum" please do, Like kashif I have been suffering from "Not enough Local Tester out there online syndrome".

(I had participated a lot on forums like this, but lately life hasn't be that good.. got real sick and.. then.. and then.. )

One more thing how many Real Testers you know in the real world? and how many of them have been made to come online by you?

Its Only You who can make the difference.

As now there are few Live (Local) Testers (who are pretty active) around lets see what can we really do about this.

Lets come on some IRC (or any other form of group chat) over this weekend to discuss what can we really do to wake us all up. I have few Ideas... Lets share

Oh about "local meetups" I am just dying to have one.

wait guys :)

Same thing happened to me, few days back, when i posted my comments on july 6, but no one responded, then rishy commented few days ago, i could respond, ii is true fatima, there is almost 3 to 4 active members , fatima commented on my blog, i really appreciate.
Fatima, its true we have to come out from the well, and communicate with each other but
its just small community , but kindly participate on the overall forum, i have tried this, i think, (may be i am wrong),i am the only Pakistani, on softwaretestingclub and testrepublic (communities) that take part in discussion, there are lots of indians, so i really miss pakistani there.
so fatima, and rishi, i will request you to kindly participate on other discussion as well, so we can support each other and share our knowledge.

i added my blog post on STC, i would appreciate your comments, Fatima and Rishi, be the pat of international testers community, you both are quite talented.
