ISEB/ISTQB

HI ,

Could any one explain me the difference between ISEB and ISTQB foundation certification?
i went through this pdf. http://www.bcs.org/upload/pdf/swt-faqs.pdf. but need clear difference.

In Case if i want to pursue ISEB intermediate and Practitioner Certificate in future , is it possible to do it with ISTQB foundation certificate or i have to attend ISEB foundation certificate?

Anybody taking course for ISEB/ISTQB & subject to qualifying the test receive certificate with Dual Brand seals "ISEB + ISTQB" from B C S (British Computer Society), UK. Thousands have received dual certification from BCS till date. There is no need to apply separately for ISTQB test & pay additional.
